1913 - Where It All Began
Our family's association with silver began in 1913 in Rajkot, where our forefathers worked with silver articles and created pieces for royal households in Rajkot, Gondal, Junagadh and other princely states.
In those early years, silver articles were made by hand, with skill and patience passed down through generations. The craft became more than a profession - it became part of the family's identity.
1974 - From Craftsmanship to a New Generation
In 1974, following a division within the family, our grandfather established Jayantilal Chautrabhuj Kansara (J. C. Kansara). The business continued its tradition of manufacturing silver articles by hand.
2004 - Growing With Ahmedabad
In 2004, Kaushik Kansara joined the Ahmedabad business, becoming part of the next chapter of Jay Silver.
Since then, the business has continued to grow across retail, wholesale and corporate requirements, serving customers looking for silver jewellery, articles and meaningful gifts.
Over the years, Jay Silver has also fulfilled corporate gifting requirements for organisations including ONGC, Adani, Reliance, Torrent and Apollo Hospitals.
